you will definitely have to wait to be served, no matter what time you get in there. all staff are overloaded with work so their customer service suffers. all of HERTZ have also changed their fleet to nissan which is an issue if im spending more on fuel than I should be.

Got my dad to returned the car in time but staff at the counter charged me 60 bucks for cleaning. The car was in a reasonable condition. Never had the same problem with other hertz depot. Had to go through the dispute process with hertz to get my money refunded but during the process they somehow change me another 21 bucks. FOR NO REASON. The location is not exactly easy to get to. Will try elsewhere next time.

Not the fanciest Hertz office you'll find, but the staff are friendly and helpful (hi Angie!). If you rent from a local office like this it's up to 40% cheaper than renting from the airport. Handy to know!
