As a cleaning service with over 100 short-term accommodation properties in our portfolio across many property management groups and independent owners, we absolutely love working with Jaime and the team at Book A Break.

Properties are well cared for, the majority of guests are clean and respectful, and the organisational abilities and professionalism demonstrated by Book A Break certainly places them as one of our favourite clients. In the extremely rare circumstances that Guests don't follow the Mornington Peninsula Council local laws, the team have always been quick to respond and ensure the properties under their management are taken care of, as you would expect when trusting someone with such an investment. BOOK A LAWYER!!!! NOT BOOK A BREAK!

The first and last time I will book an Airbnb! Property full of garbage and we were accused that it was ours because we didn't report it day one and it was hidden around the house. The Property Manager Jaime stormed to the property during our stay and sent us a threatening message saying she would 'evict us' and on another occasion 'come at us with full force' . At the end of our stay we found ourselves in a mediation with Book a Break. They initially tried to charge us an additional $2k for the properties general wear and tear and then another $1k on top of this, for no reason provided. Although it was a nightmare to go through Book a Break, thankfully it didn't end up that way and we won the case!!!

The Team at Bookabreak were great. My family rented a place at Blairgowrie over Xmas/New Year and Jaime was brilliant. Very prompt, super helpful and responsive.

The place we rented was simply outstanding as well. Very honestly represented and the house was super well equipped, even for 8 people.

The team at Bookabreak are amazing. They have been managing our property in Rye for the past two years and we have been very pleased with the results they have achieved for us. Importantly, they take care of all matters to ensure that our property is very well maintained so that guests can enjoy their stay. Really appreciate their prompt service and how well they conduct their business. Apart from great service, Jaime and the team are excellent to deal with. We highly recommend.
