This restaurant has changed. I feel obliged to write a review because I told everyone how fantastic it was. I went back last night and there were different people. I had spinach pie because my favourite dish was no longer on the menu. I should have been given a steak knife to cut it with! The complimentary entree/taster is gone and the staff no longer know anything about the small number of dishes left to choose from on the menu. What a disappointment.

Zero stars. The food was almost inedible, tough lamb shoulder swimming in grease and oil. Potatoes were well cooked, but had no flavour. The food didn't even come quickly, taking well over an hour to be served. Staff ignored us as if we'd done something to personally offend them. The manager/owner was abhorrent, behaving like a 5 year old not getting his way each time waiting staff returned meals that were not as ordered. Incredible that the already low standard set by the Hellenic club couldn't be met by this establishment.

Best Greek food I've ever had. Sampled both the traditional and modern menu and everything was delicious. We hadn't booked, but the staff were able to fit us in after a short wait. I will be back!!!!!

Orexi. By Baxevanis if I could rate it 0 I would. Went there tonight for a special occasion which was completely ruined by the staff. 1st did not have our booking. 2nd we were given a table which seemed to be too much trouble. 3rd people who came in after us were given a menu. We were not. In fact we got no service at all. We had to go and get a jug of water because no staff came near us. Finally we had to ask for a menu. Half an went by still no staff came to take our order or ask us would we like to order drinks. After still waiting longer we finally had had enough and walked out and went to the Bistro staff much more customer orientated and pleasant. I would recommend no one goes to the so called "restaurant ". By all means go to the Bistro. When we walked out only then did staff pay any attention trying to get us to stay and give them a chance they offered a free starter. Our party have eaten in many restaurants all over Australia and overseas but never found the service this bad.😡👎👎👎👎
