  We engaged Your Australian Property Buyers Agents to assist us with purchasing a new home. Working with Zac and Peter was a seamless process, from our first meeting to signing our contract. They thoroughly explained their process, which was sequential and left nothing to chance. Zac used his extensive knowledge of the property market, along with useful tools to assist us in shortlisting properties. He offered professional and unbiased advice on prospective properties and was the ideal conduit between us and selling agents.
  Zac really removed the pressure of receiving phone calls from selling agents and knew all the questions to ask. He was always willing to take our phone calls and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process. Zac utilised his network of trusted conveyancers and building inspectors to assist us in our journey, which enabled smooth communication between all parties.   After struggling in the market for a while,
  we engaged Zac’s service - which turned out to be the greatest decision we made on this house hunting journey. Zac is fantastic and he will get you there and find the best property that is right for you.
  
  Zac is experienced, knowledgeable and down to earth. He tailors his service to suit the needs of each of his clients. He has a very effective system that keeps you focused and on track, and it works amazingly well helping you identify what’s really important to you - sometimes you might even be surprised!
  
  Zac has admirable work ethics and he is definitely client-focused. He will be there for you whenever you need. After we identified “the one” for us, Zac literally closed the deal for us in 24 hours - which included conducting thorough due diligence, preparing in-depth report, strategising with us, providing advice, and most importantly, securing the property at a great price!

  Zac has been instrumental in assisting us with securing our property. We engaged him for his auction bidding services, however Zac went above and beyond what we expected. He provided us with insights in the area (previously sold prices) and expert opinion (about the property) to assist us with deciding our bidding ceiling for the property.
  
  We found Zac via Google and reached out to him on Friday morning. By Saturday morning he was representing us at our auction to assist with bidding and negotiating.
  
  The auction was fierce and Zac maintained professionalism at all times. He kept us in the loop while the auction was happening which eventually got passed in to us and Zac conducted the negations on our behalf. He closed the gap from 200,000 to 50,000 and bought us 150 days settlement.
  
  Zac is definitely an expert in the field/industry. We felt that the engagement was worthwhile as we did not want to be going up against real estate agents who sell and negotiate real estate for their bread and butter and wanted to even the playing field by having an expert representing us as buyers.
  
  We will definitely be telling our friends and families about the experience and use Zac again in future engagements.

  Zac did a fantastic job finding the right property for me, bidding, and securing my first one in Melbourne. He proactively communicated updates, which I found reassuring, and intently listened to figure out the perfect property for me. When I ran into a setback regarding finance, he exceeded my expectations when he moved our contract date back.
  
  I would highly recommend Zac to my friends who are thinking of buying real estate. He gave his absolute best and treated it like he was purchasing for himself. It was an absolute pleasure working with Zac, and I would be delighted to work with him again in the future.
