I'd go minus one star but that's not possible. This company provides sub standard service and products. They lied to us all along the way. As for a black out shutter, I don't think so.

I would Strongly advise anyone that is looking for shutters for their house to think twice about going to this company, as I was told it would take 5 to 6 weeks to receive my window shadower which turn into 13 weeks as I had rang several times to find out what the holdup was because there was no communication from The company. The company required a 50% payment on the order day which I was fine with. However the company requested final payment the day before installation as I was very reluctant to pay until I received my shutter installed and only then would I pay. Which I did on the day, however the only good thing to come out of my experience with this company was the guys that did the installation, they were great.
I just hope that they honour their 5 year warranty on their products.

I asked for roller shutters on all of my windows. Unfortunately the company misquoted me on the first encounter after assuring me that I only required 8. The secondary measurements that did not match my window needs then requested I needed 12 which would cost an extra $2850. i had originally paid the deposit for the first 8 ($2943.33) but then could not afford to pay the rest hence the misquoting. I asked for my deposit back and they told me I had to pay a $100 administration fee for the secondary measuring costs that are apparently free. Not happy with the customer service and I feel I was treated very unprofessionally

I ordered a timber blind on 23 November. I was told it would be delivered 17 Dec. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have no idea when it will be delivered. It is now 8th February and and I'm not getting any response to emails.

AJ was an amazing consultant!! She visited our home for the initial consult and measure. AJ knew the product inside out. She not only ensured we got the correct fit but also the correct product to suit our house decor and era. AJ was efficient, knowledgeable and gave us an excellent price! She made the experience of planning so enjoyable. AJ is an absolute pleasure to work with - making sure the process went smoothly from start to finish. She is immensely talented with a natural eye for design!

The entire team were great! In fact, we ended up getting the plantation shutters installed sooner than expected! Office staff (Denise & Shereden) were great with communication. Mitch the installer did an amazing job with check measure and final install. No fuss and full of solutions.

I can not recommend this company enough! This is the second time we have used Half Price Shutters.

Second home I've had done, the kitchen one is a bit rough to open which I told the installer on the day, the loungeroom one was very hard to use, the strap got chewed up and it's fraying, it's jammed and unusable, I've called and some one is coming later in the month to do repairs, I'm waiting a long time for someone to come out.
Not very happy, but if it's all fixed up I'll get over it.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and attitude of this company. Incorrect width sizes , incorrect drop length , and they refuse to take responsibility or replace the blinds. It took me over 10 days to receive a response and no follow up phone call. Now I am stuck with blinds that are incorrect. What a disgrace. I would steer clear of Half Price Shutters , Blinds and Awnings.

I do not recommend this company at all and advise to look elsewhere. They do not care about the customer or damages they do to your home. They take no accountability & do not try and resolve any issues but add to your stress. The operations manager Johnathan does not care or communicate effectively so please try someone else first before they damage your place and cause a lot of grief. The quality of the product, the service they provide & support is appalling

The blinds were absolutely fantastic, amazing quality and we couldn't be more happy with them. We had made a mistake in terms of the measurements of the blinds but the staff at Half Price Blinds were incredible in helping us fix our error. Jacqui was amazing also, she was extremely kind and helpful. We are so happy and cant express this enough. I do recommend to anyone!
