Ordered from Apollo blinds 5+ years ago and loved them.
Been trying to get a quote for some time for our new house and I keep getting ghosted, first measure and quote was incorrect and have been trying to get it amended so I can order BUT no one is returning my calls and emails.

Looking through these reviews, makes me feel relieved that I have not ordered as others seem to be getting the same treatment after they have paid.

What happened Apollo? have you gone under?

I have had nothing but trouble! I ordered my outdoor blinds for my alfresco in January 2022 paying a 50% deposit. Blinds arrived in the April but then they were missing something, so finally they came to install in August 2022. The installers were about 5 hours into the job and realised the measurements weren’t right and the heights were way out. The franchisee was genuinely sorry and really embarrassed.
It took them till Feb 2023 to come back….then the blinds were mostly installed but again the measurements weren’t right and this time they were too wide! So I have heard nothing from the franchisee about an update. I have blinds up that are okay but I am not happy with what is currently there.

I have a product that does not fit and a company who don’t communicate!

I think in the end of the manufacturing part of the org can get it right the blinds look like they will will lovely. We aren’t there yet!

Terrible quality! The blinds fell down after two years of usage, and the staff ignored my email regarding the issue. Stay away from this company!

Frank came out for measuring and provided a quote promptly. I made the 50% down payment 2 months ago and have not been able to get hold of them since. I don't have blinds, and I paid hundreds of dollars. Don't use!

Atrocious customer service. Booked a measure and quote a month ago specifying I’ll need an afternoon appointment after work from 2pm onwards. Was promised a call the day before to confirm a time - no one rang. The rep ‘Frank’ rang me at 9.30am on the day and we locked in 3pm appointment time. He then rocked up to my house unannounced an hour later while I was at work. When I rang him and questioned why he came earlier I was verbally abused, sworn at and hung up on. Insane behaviour. If this is how a client is treated before they have my money, I’m scared to think what will happen once they do. Used Apollo Blinds in Brisbane and also had issues with the quality of their products (albeit customer experience was better). Avoid this business like the plague.

It has been over a year since I ordered my shutters.
The first attempt was measured incorrectly so after waiting 3 months for the ill fitting shutters to arrive I then had to wait another 3 months for the second attempt to arrive. (The shutters are made and shipped from China) They too did not fit the window. They came in two pieces that were completely different styles. Once again they were measured and ordered incorrectly. So I had to wait another 3 months for the third attempt to arrive. They were due in Feb it is now approaching the end of August.
My emails and calls are being ignored.
I give them zero stars.
Note I have given head office a chance to step in but that resulted in the same response. nothing.
Hopefully this review will prompt some action.

Absolute disgrace of service. If review has negative stars I’ll give -10⭐️. I’m still waiting for quote 6 weeks already. Came to their showroom twice and give them all measurements and asked for some options to be quoted. Never happend even after calling them twice to follow up. Businesses like this particular one shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Stay away from them.

I had an issue with one of my vertical blinds and although it took a while for them to get back to me, I was contacted by Chanta who promptly organised for someone to come out and have a look. Frank came and was very professional and knowledgeable - he certainly knew what he was doing and was able to fix the blinds on the spot. I would like to thank him for his expertise and all his help. He even installed the plastic handles for opening the vertical blinds to the wall (which Tommy had failed to do when he installed them a year ago). In the end, a great resolution and follow up. Thank you!
