We had a unique experience with having to order the food through QR code. We were served by Sarita who looked really well after us and was always happy to accommodate for us what we wanted. The food itself was very authentic and felt like we were in India. We will definitely be letting all out friends and family know about Dosa Hut and how amazing our experience was.

Went recently to celebrated my father's birthday..customer service was great. Special mention to wait staff Gayatri who was smiling throughout and was lovely- she deserves 5 stars. They gave a dish complimentary because of an issue which reflects their good hospitality. We enjoyed our food and seating was adequate with my small baby. I recommend this place and will be back!

Fantastic gem in Parramatta. Perfect food and quick service. We ordered Tandoori Chicken yesterday afternoon, food came within minutes and was very yummy but the mint sauce provided was very less in quantity so we asked the girl at service for some extra mint sauce, she replied very politely and went to food passing area near the counter but the Lady inside the kitchen was very rude and was shouting that if they want mint sauce they have to pay for it, she said go and charge them then only we will give. I heard all this while having food, so I felt very bad and when the girl brought the sauce I asked her we are happy to pay for it but she said sorry madam three times also said the kitchen staff was talking about something else.Still, I want to let the management know.The service is friendly and welcoming. We will keep visiting 👍

Wonderful quick servicetasty food However I gave one star less as the Dosa we had was not prepared well unfortunately everything else other than Dosa was very good would surely recommend this place for Indian food
