The product and service are good. Rob is responsive and his crew are polite. Rob also was helpful in screwing a couple grates back onto my attic vents and connecting me to a roof repair expert he knows. The team left the work site as clean as could be reasonably expected.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of our gutters along with the professional installation of the gutter guards. Rob was even able to clear a couple of clogs in the downspouts. Upon inquiry, the estimate for the job was promptly emailed to us with the terms clearly stated. Upon receipt of half the fee, a date for installation and cleaning was emailed to us. He emailed us that he could move the installation up two days which was just fine with us.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction in customer service I received from one of your sales representatives.
I felt there was no respect at all for me or the fact I wanted to think about the product before purachsing.
Your sales rep was VERY pushy intimidating and fake!! Not someone I would like to take my business up with.
There was no mutual respect and not once did he really listen to me and what I wanted done with the guttering or my concerns.
You may know your product but you definitely don’t know how to sell it.

I was told to pay a deposit and once I did , I didnt hear from them until I called multiple times , i am frustrated with the way I was treated therefore would definitely not recommend

What and outstanding service!
Rob, who came to the house and explained everything and showed me the product, was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Will, who installed the guards, went above and beyond to get it done. Even the cold and windy weather didn’t deter him. He did not rush the job and finished it perfectly. He as well was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Between the ordering of the material for our house and the installation I was constantly updated with text messages regarding the status and expected delivery and installation.
We got gutter guards and window spikes installed for bird proofing and it worked, the birds are gone.
Aussie Gutter Protection contact details are a keeper and go straight to the pool room!

Their team do a very good job at keeping leaves out of your gutters and are very helpful. After they install their gutter guard (which comes with a great 20 year warranty), you don't have to continually clean your gutters. Would highly recommend Aussie Gutter Protection. Thank you

We installed gutter guard (bird proofing) to stop those pesky birds from nesting in our roof, the installer explained everything & was very thorough, he checked all areas of our roof & blocked the gutter & several other areas where the birds had found a way into the roof cavity. No more dreading Spring with birds nesting & the noise that comes with it. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, all in all a very happy customer
