  Would give 4.5 if we could.
  The Green Crates honestly made our move the easiest we've had ever!
  Great sized crates. Trolley made manoeuvring very easy. Bubble wrap was perfect. Easy to remove labels!
  Drop off and pick up service was communicated well enough (no call for collection time however reminder emails sent).
  Only deducting. 5 as we were charged additional fees for collection outside of metro area which we can now see is listed within pricing policy however we feel it should have been more clear at time of booking.

  Recently looking on Gum Tree for some moving boxes I came across “Green Crates” after inquiring on the costs etc I decided to give them a go and all I can say is that I am really pleased I did as they were fantastic. That is the company, staff and oh yes and the concept of the crates…
  The service I got was great and found them very helpful and accommodating.
  
  A week prior to me moving the company dropped the boxes off and they were collected a week later at my new address. You could take them for longer if required!
  
  When we packed the truck it was made so easy being able to stack the boxes on top of each other regardless of what was in them - no fear that glassware was going to break etc.
  
  They supplied a “trolley” that made moving the boxes easy and labels that made it so convenient when we got to the new house and began to off load the boxes we were able to put the boxes in the right rooms etc
  
  Thank you GREEN CRATES Acacia Ridge for assisting in making my move to my new home a brilliant experience.
