We contracted Arctic Melbourne to install a couple of Daikin multi-split systems in two stages. They installed the compressors and several wall units in September prior to commencing work on our renovations, then returned in June to complete the second half of the job. Arctic were friendly, professional, punctual and responsive to any questions or issues. From the initial quote/design with Zak through to the install with Dimitri and crew, Arctic were a pleasure to deal with. Since completing the installation we have asked for advice or assistance with a few minor issues and Arctic have been knowledgeable and helpful. We would happily recommend Arctic Melbourne to friends and family and would seek to use them in future.
