The behaviour of a companies employee's at work, reflects on everyday life and customers. The reverse is true as well. A lack of professionalism and responsibility. Response to owner: At least one Auscool employee -- during the first lockdown, and during this second one -- has had several visits, for hours at a time, from another employee, who parked his truck around the corner, away from the employee's house and street. The recent visit involved more than one other Auscool truck, employee -- different colours and regos.-- all of them parked in front of his house this last time. Just after your note, below. Gives one pause, regarding contracting Auscool for work, if this is the way employees behave during their downtime. Dear owner: You don't take responsibility: Previously noted. Just to be clear: the employees involved were doing this in Auscool company vehicles. Which, I believe, makes it a company offence, as well as a personal one. Cheers.

Have used Auscool for several small and larger installations. Couldn’t be happier with the ongoing support throughout the process. Every question answered along the way and knew exactly how much I was up for with no unexpected ‘extras’.

After dealing with Auscool for the new installations I swapped my other maintenance contracts over to Auscool and couldn’t be happier. Also, they have a few female employees working on the tools which is so refreshing to see in a highly male dominated industry. They do need to advertise more as only found out about them from a friend.

I deal with the service department occasionally, I have never had anything to complain about. The service that Auscool provides me and our clients is exceptional. Professional and reliable service. Highly recommended.

Auscool staff were very easy to deal with. Technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our issue was fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.
