  Great service, quick response time, very friendly & professional.
  Advised me before starting there would be a few problem stains that might not be able to be removed (I already had thought this, our carpet was horrible).
  End result was fantastic! 100% recommend.

  Shane was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Our carpets came up as good as new and he did not hesitate to also clean our rugs last minute. He is very punctual and displays a strong work ethic. Would not hesitate to contact him again. I highly recommend!

  Fast and easy service to book, excellent communication and the time it took to clean and deliver back our wee stained rug (naughty puppy) was brilliant.
  I really do recommend to anyone looking for a thorough rug clean to contact this business. We had it "cleaned" twice in our home and the other companies couldn't get the smell out. Shane gave us a detailed description of why they shouldn't be cleaned in home and explained the cleaning process just isn't deep enough and it needs to be taken away to his rug spa.
  Well it worked and I am in love with the rug again.
