Customer service was very poor
Food quality was very low, Bagels weren't crispy on the outside, cream cheese was gross
Tables were dirty
Not many tables to sit at
The one good thing was that it was cheap
A staple store for Melbourne's Jewish community with great traditional food and friendly staff
Apparently if you are not Jewish then you are treated like a second class citizen. Was completely ignored by staff while I was waiting to be served. Some people from the Jewish community came in and staff walked straight by me and served them. This happened as more people walked in. I thought in this day and age this kind of thing was something which didn't happen anymore more. Obviously I was wrong.
Extremely offensive

The best challah in Melbourne, especially the ones baked hot on a Friday morning. So delicious, but so full of sugar.
Sometimes the original Mr Glick will be in, and will serve people. Not bad for a man of his age.
