There is a lot to like about this well managed and maintained property. Firstly, its location. A short walk to Port Douglas shops and even closer to Four Mile beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious (especially compared to our friend's at Mantra Port Sea) and clean with great beds. The washing machine was a bonus for a family holiday. What really impressed us was the pool and BBQ area. The pool is heated and the BBQ area is spotless. We had several meals here as there was a bar fridge (with condiments), plastic cups and cutlery, a sink and a shower and toilet room. There were lots of little things included like heaps of coat hangers, laundry detergent, beach towels, under cover parking, dishwasher tablets and cold water in the fridge on arrival (as well as the air-con). Every little concern was attended to by the managers, Al and Olivia, who live on the premises and are never far away. I met many return visitors to this property and now I look forward to going back.

Nice enough but not outstanding. Be warned if you are in one of the rooms that face the inside of the building, the acoustics from outside are bad, so if you are a light sleeper then bare in mind you may not get to sleep so easily until later in the night. Also pillows are a little on the firm side compared to other places.

Great location a street from the beach and a short walk to Macrossan street. We stayed with our family for the RRR mountain bike event finishing in Port Douglas and it was perfect. Everything you need you will find in your lovely apartment, from a well equipped kitchen to laundry powder for the washing machine. Our favourite was the poolside BBQ with cutlery and cooking utensils on hand. We were very happy with our stay thankyou Al and Olivia.

Didn't stay there (just visited friends but the Google survey is asking me to write a review). Friends got their apartment for a good price but the place is a little outdated. Great sized balcony overlooking the pool that was often swarming with kids (school holidays). Great location.

This would have been the worst experience..when should have been best.
But totally spoilt by the bully tactics of Property Manager AL.
Had sight unseen booked 2 bed apartment months ago.for sons wedding, was going to hopefully have guests visitOn arriving the parking was in the open very small and hard to get into, and looked as tho not enough .then the room certainly was not as described APT 10.
As I had on 2 occasions left message for Al to call and he had not I felt Sunday certainly would have no contact so rang Monday AM and explained was not what I wanted and had moved to a much better apt in Port douglasWell horrorvery abusive and when I mentio0ned REVIEW i was threatened with "I will get my Solicitor onto you" I am 75 and there for my sons wedding..I thought a little compassion and better to have a happy customer than an unhappy..BUT No not for Al within very short time he had rang my son (Happy groom) and charged his account for $1000 so he would get at meThank you AL..I went to see him and try to explain but Eyes Bulging and coming at me he was awful..SO WARNING Make sure you check everything out and be nice to AL or you will find yourself in scary situation..
By the way the pool is in total sun most of the time so dont expect to c ool down.NOT NICE SITUATION..better check other units..Not recommended

Excellent place to stay - quiet but close to centre, close to beach. Whilst some room facilities were a little tired, new management is clearly doing a great job in updating. Room / Public areas lacked for nothing. Great hosts. Excellent value. Would certainly hope to return.

A great place to stay, a bright and breezy atmosphere as well as neat and tidy rooms and surrounds. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Lawrie and Sandra Barton.
