Sam and the team from GSR were fantastic. We hired them to do a deep clean of the office for an end of lease. The team were very passionate about the work they do and of high class. Even the agent were impressed and asked for Sam's details. Thank you so much.

I employed GSR cleaning to thoroughly clean an old unrenovated 1 bedroom flat for return to the estate agents. I was really impressed by the hard work and attention to detail shown by the team . The flat looked really good when they had finished. They managed all aspects of the clean including steam cleaning the carpets. In addition to doing an excellent job they were very pleasant to deal with and had reassuring professional systems in place for booking, communication and receipting. I will use their services again.

I don't recommend everyone, they are not honest at all.

At the beginning, I read their reviews and they were very good, so I also chose this company.
But when I made an appointment with them to do end of lease clean, when the time came, only one cleaning staff came.
After the cleaning staff observation, without talking to me, directly called one of their company employees.
After about 5 minutes, this cleaning staff asked me to answer the phone.
When I answered the call, the staff told me that the smoke machine at home is too oily and needs to be extra charged.
If there are too many panes of glass on the balcony, you will have to add money.
i was so angry, I sent him a lot of pictures of our apartment and asked for the price.
He also gave me a final price. In email I also asked if the price will increase again when the time comes.
He said no, unless the condition is very bad, the price will be increased, but after he looking at the photos, he said that our condition is ok.

As a result, one of the cleaners who came that day made a call after inspection it and asked me to add money.

They had no integrity at all. I asked the cleaner to leave to my apartment , and i no need them to clean.
Later, another employee of their company called me and said that there might be a misunderstanding, and then told me that if there was a need for cleaning,
they would come back to do it, and the price was the same,
but I was already disappointed with them.
It was a company with no integrity.

Very happy the team at GSR, they were lovely and did a great job for us on a difficult cleaning task. They were super transparent, even offering to test their suggested solution on our floor first before proceeding onto chargeable work. Very glad we got in touch with them, and I imagine you will be too!

GSR has done good job first time But after First one they gone better and better. Its opposite to my last cleaning company provider; their first service was good and after they dropped and drooped.

My experience has been that these guys are quite unreliable and frequently cancel appointments (I even read some reviews here). The same happened to me as I had an appointment for a quote today evening at 7:00pm and they waited till today afternoon to call and tell me they can't make it. Surprisingly I even got a text last week saying they cannot make the appointment last week but I clarified my appointment was this week so looks like cancelling appointments is a frequent thing they do as they have a backlog of cancelled appointments to clear. My suggestion to them would be to not take more business than they can handle to save customer's time so we have time to look at other options than wait a week to know they cannot make it.

Edit: To the point that someone died on 13th May'16 and you had to go to India I have to mention I also got a text from you on 11th May '16 that you will not be able to make it for the appointment along with reviews from other customers about cancelled booking appointments. Uploading the message I received on 11th May'16 here that you denied sending me.

Also the whole business cannot rely on one person! You mean if someone urgently needs your services and you have an emergency (which seems to happen quite frequently) they have to suffer? This is why you are unreliable, rude and egotistical as you cannot take a service improvement feedback and get "angry" instead of fixing problems. Am glad I did not get serviced by you.

I chose this company based on reviews on womo who spoke highly of their service. Regret not reading the reviews here beforehand. Was told quotes only provided by inspection, appointment made last week, was sent confirmation email today of the appointment. Rushed home from work between dinner with a friend from interstate. No contact, no arrival waited at home for 40mins before we decided we needed to leave as kept our friend waiting for no reason. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, rushed home for nothing, without even a courtesy call. Definitely do not recommend this service.

I can't express how please I am with GSR Cleaning Services. To make a long story short. My husband and I went on our honey money to his home town in Melbourne. We rented a beach house for the month and did a little partying with friends and family members. We did not live up to the terms of the rental agreement and we did not want to lose our deposit. His Mother recommended us GSR and we gave them a call and explained our situation. We scheduled an appointment, they arrived on the hour, did an absolutely amazing job. We received our entire deposit back. The owner of the house suspected nothing ever happened and even stated we did a good job cleaning up. It was perfect. In short, Thank you guys for your awesome work and I recommend GSR Cleaning Services to anyone who is in need. They reach out putting the customer first. Thank you!
