One of my favourite stores to visit whenever I'm in the area (and it's often!). The staff are helpful; making sure their pieces suit my body. They have a great eye for detail, and picking pieces that would be suitable for your body shape. The ladies have picked out pieces for me that I wouldn't have thought of to suit, and it's these pieces that end up being the absolute gems! I get regular compliments for my outfits and direct them to check out Flannel. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism, something that you don't often come across in great clothing stores.
