The country is beautiful, really a first world country where everything works. Australians are extremely polite and patient people (at least the experience I had with some of them and with some Brazilians I met was also the same). My course was four months, but I'm only going to stay one. I came with a return ticket, going back to June, but I requested the change to March 10th. Soon return to Brazil.
Regarding my receipt by the employees of Agência 360, I was extremely well received and assisted by Caren, who opened my bank account and also went with me to the bank to activate my account and speak in English atetpor that my English is basically zero, but she didn't have to stay because the Australian attendant told her that they would use Google translator to communicate with me. And in the end everything worked out, the account was activated. She also opened my TFN, the number would take a few days to come out and as soon as my protocol number arrived, Caren already contacted me and sent it to my email until my TFN arrived, which as soon as it arrived, again she contacted me so I could pick it up at the agency. When I needed to clarify doubts, not only Caren, but also Larissa helped and advised me. Sometimes I tried to get in touch with Caren, but because she was in a meeting, she couldn't answer me, Larissa was always ready and answered my questions (teamwork). In my little experience I have nothing to complain about, only praise and thanks. And for those coming to Australia, the beginning is really difficult, I'm giving up and going back to Brazil. But I hope you don't give up and have a bright future.

Excellent agency. I left everything for the last minute in relation to visa renewal (irresponsibility of mine), I had a flight scheduled to return to Brazil, I needed to renew my visa as soon as possible. I spoke to other agencies about my problem but they couldn't help me. But already at 360 they were super attentive, they gave me all the necessary support. They always kept me informed about everything. I arrived in Brazil still in the process of renewing my visa, but this week Larissa (who carried out the process with me from the beginning) sent me a message saying that my renewal had just been approved.
