Roach Demolition were extremely professional in dealing with pre works and did a fantastic job of the demolition leaving the site clean tidy and ready for our new build.

Great people to deal with, they guided me through the whole process and made it all as smooth as possible. And come demo time, an expert job was done with some precision work to save some of the front garden I wanted to keep.

We had our family home of 16 years demolished by Roach Demolitions, which took a long time to prepare due to Council permit requirements. Despite the Permit process taking 18 months, Roach Demolition kept their initial quote the same throughout. On the day the team were professional and courteous at all times. They observed and followed all conditions set by the Council, along with being very careful with all Neighboring assets.
We were also very impressed by the level of recycling that was performed by the team, seeking to recycle as many materials as possible, preventing items being sent to landfill.
We are thrilled with the result and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you.

Very happy with Roach Demolition. Meet Darren next day after calling him, decided to go with him on the day. He took time and real effort to give us an accurate quote. We have a cement sheet cladded house with asbestos, we really want to make sure there is no surprise. They made it! Back office is very organised and gave me a clear picture of the whole process. It is really easy to deal with the whole team. If you want quick response and nice people to do your job at the time you wanted, I highly recommend them!
