I needed a couple of slats to replace existing broken ones.
Called up and although they didn't have the exact ones, they recommended something that would work.
They were able to measure, cut and also provide replacement clips and caps. How much? For freeeeeeeeeee.
I installed them today and they work perfectly fine.
Definitely not even going to bother with anyone else after this experience.
Really really made my day. I'll be dropping off beer next week for you!

We had eight widow roller shutters installed. We are very happy with the result. Bob is excellent and really knows his stuff. The installers Goran, Andrew and Nick were fantastic. Do yourself a favour and skip all the fly by nighters and make sure you at least consider Securetech, you will not be disappointed.

We had an issue with our existing blinds from another company (not Securetec) but that company provided an almost non-existent level of support for what turned out to be a basic issue.

I called Bob to see if he could help and found him to be professional, approachable, courteous and more than willing to help even though we hadn't even bought anything from him. From asking for a photo of the issue to sending that photo around his colleagues I can confidently say that Bob's level of customer service is far beyond what it needs to be.

We'll be needing more shutters soon and I'll be making the first call to Bob and his team.

Thanks for the great experience, even as someone that's not even a customer yet.

Bob and the team at Securetec are awesome at what they do! Have had two sets of roller shutters installed at our property with them now, on two different occasions and both times it's been a breeze. Quick, easy and thorough install. Bob is an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Even delayed invoicing me for a month when I came home from a short hospital stay, an absolute gem in the business that you wouldn't find elsewhere! Highly recommend.
