Called as an emergency as my roller shutter just stop as I was lifting it up
Can not get out as it is stuck and called to ask for someone to come out urgently as it is a safety issue should a fire present in the home I can not access the exit due to the roller shutter being stuck…was advised sorry we don’t do emergency visits and they are booked until next year!! I asked the lady what do I do in this situation she advised to go elsewhere! No one will come out to look at other companies work….I asked if I could have the information in writing in case there is an incident where I can not get out so I can provide to my insurance and she said “sure and hung up” rude rude rude customer service…will never recommend them to anyone…wouldn’t even try to help…if that’s the kind of service you want go ahead and waste your time on this company…in the meantime I’m stuck inside with no exit…way to go SUN LINE ROLLER SHUTTERS..👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I recently had 5 window shutters installed and could not be happier with the result.

All the staff were fantastic from the initial contact with Tony (very patient man, I had lots of questions) through to the installation team led by Aleksander.
..
Everyone involved from beginning to end (including the third party electrician) were invested in delivering a quality product and a positive experience/outcome for me the customer, which they well and truly did.
..

My wife and I are very happy with Sunline, honest company who gave me a great deal on my holiday house. Installers showed their professional and know how with their work. When I called the office to check on how my custom made blinds and security doors were going they were very courteous and fast. I'm happy how they perform and look Thanks guys, now we will get our main home done through this branch.

We had 10 roller shutters installed from sunline. One of the shutters had been playing up since. Now it's stuck up, been told by the company just for the guy to come out and check it will cost $140 as it has past one year period. Such a trap.
