I was buying on behalf of someone and found the service to be excellent. This is rare in Australian retail stores. Product knowledge was good, staff were friendly and always willing to help. On the administration sales side I dealt with Sue and she went above and beyond to help me for my specific needs with my organisation. A great experience all up and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store.

The chap we dealt with was very friendly, helpful and quick. Getting out items from the pickup at the rear was easy and the two guys there could not have been more helpful.

Great for deals. You get what you pay! the quality of the materials isnt the greatest. Most of them are shipped from China and there is usually a wait period of 4-6 weeks.
