Really poor service. We paid a fortune for the move and multiple large items were left behind without notice or missed entirely. Some items were subsequently delivered on our persistence but the real estate agent found further large items left, no additional help provided. We ended up having to travel >100km to pick up the remaining items ourselves. Very unhelpful in resolving the issue despite no fault at our end.

We used Allied Pickfords for our move from Melbourne to Torquay. The team were extremely accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. They really did make it a stress free move during what is generally a stressful period.
They were flexible with date changes when our circumstances changed. The team had to navigate a spiral staircase, mezzanine at origin and a double story at destination and handled it perfectly with no damage to our big ticket items. Everything was packed well and safely arrived.
We were very happy with the service provided and would recommend Allied Pickfords for anyone looking to move/store furniture.
