  Update: After many abusive phone calls and hang ups i successfully took these dodgy low life's to Vcat and was awarded full costs. To anyone considering using this company save your self the time and heat ache and go elsewhere. They are a joke and should be publicly shamed for the way they conduct there business.
  
  Unfortunately I really hoped it would not come to this but I am left with limited options.
  
  I have used Bellarine removals twice first time no problems but second time I am incredibly disappointed. The 2nd time was June of 2016 this is still ongoing currently.
  
  While moving my outdoor table which has a granite top Colin broke it, it happened right in front of me (nothing deliberate just one of those things) at the time I was told how he will get it sorted asap, that they would use there insurance company and finally get to claim something also that they would track down a stone mason for me.
  
  And that's when things all went down hill.
  After needing to follow up the response was well we can't find anyone to fix it, it's up to you.
  Literally with in 20seconds of google search I found a company that could come out and quote and do the job.
  
  All through this I have been incredibly patient and not chasing them and when we did spoke it was all positive no problem.
  
  Having sent through the quote, they needed to pay deposit to begin works this has not been done, they "lost" the invoice. Promised it would be paid by certain dates all been lies.
  
  Yesterday I rang again to see if payment has been made after invoice was resent. I was hung up on.
  
  No answer or call back today.
  
  I need that table fixed for next week I have given them 9 months to fix it and they havnt.
  
  I urge you to take your business else where as they have no integrity clearly no insurance, so if they break anything don't expect it to be fixed.
  
  Stay away !!!!

  When reporting the damage they did to my fridge, I experienced absolute disgusting customer service from Judy. This was mentioned to the men on the day but no action was taken. She was rude, defensive & blammed me for not reporting it sooner & hung up on me, when I raised my voice just like she did when trying to turn the situation back on me. They also were given instructions to leave a bookshelf at my old house as it belonged at the property but they brought it to my new property & when I mentioned that I was basically ignored. So, I was left to organise it’s puckup & removal back to my old property & the added cost of that as well. She also asked me to lie for her about the payment as it was being paid through someone else’s bank account. Shocking how unprofessional there are! I’ll be taking this to the ombudsmen.

  I called them after receiving quotes and spoke to Judy. I told her that I got cheaper quotes than her and she said Good Lucka nd hung up on me. I called her again as I was asking questions when she hang up, she apologised to me and said truck is insured and everything. Two guys came on the day, completely unprofessional when I was told its a family business and they are doing since 20+ years. They were not using trolley, one old and one middle aged guy. Old guy was lifting one box at a time and middle aged was in the truck. I asked them thats ok I will lift small boxes and you just do the heavier ones. Asked him to use trolley which he said not required. After my house went to my friend house who lives in Melbourne CBD, she called me that they don't even know what loading area means and don't think they know how to lift weights, not using trolley at all anyway after reaching the destination we all were unloading things from truck and a that time as I was adv by Judy to pay cash so I went with my friend leaving them to unload so that I can withdraw cash. When I came back my tallbuoy was broken and they were asking me to pay full amount. I asked them how did this happened. Judy told me saying it was already damaged and they won't pay single penny and if I won't pay then I am going to spend my night in the jail. She accused me of having no money to pay and said that we will break into your house and steal and break your stuff. middle aged guy swear on me when I said please sort this issue first and I will come into the office and will pay. If you want I can give you in writing that I will pay he threat me that he will bring boys here and he knows that we two girls are living alone and will have fun.After that Judy called me saying that she will take me to the court.
  
  I will advise you please stay away from them. They are not professional but also rude and no manners at all.
