  As a low cost car rental company East Coast do a great job. Pick up at Brisbane domestic Airport is at bus stop A1. The shuttle bus is a short wait and quick ride. Service at the desk is friendly and courteous, and you are on your way in just a few minutes. The car was clean and pretty new. All around nothing to complain about, and a good experience.

  Excellent service . New Cars. Pick up from airport was easy and quick. Paper work done very quickly. Low cost car rental. We rented a Toyota Corolla

  Awesome company. Great service, very caring. My mum was in a wheelchair and they helped every step of the way. We returned 3 days early and a refund was no problem at all and we had it within a few days. The car we had was a little bit older but excellent condition and did the job. Might want to clean the back seat area a little more thoroughly though. We had to fold down the back seats for mum's wheelchair and there was half a bag of chips (without the bag) that had fallen through the cracks. Apart from that minor detail, excellent company and would definitely recommend.

  Overall very happy with the service provided by East Coast Car Rentals at Brisbane Airport depot and from transfer drivers to/from the airport. Car was in excellent condition and pick up/drop off was smooth.
  The only downside from our experience was with the car seat provided for our hire:
  Seat was installed with tether straps twisted and no instruction booklet was provided with the seat for driver to review and ensure seat is installed correctly and being used safely (which in terms of hire is stated that it’s the hirer’s responsibility to ensure safe installation and use of seat).
  Seat provided was not compact to suit a small car hire, leaving front seat passenger seat moved forward uncomfortably.
  
  While I will look to hire a vehicle from East Coast Car Hire in the future, we won’t look to use the car seat hire option again.

  Best service, reasonable price. 0 excess insurance is the best option for peace of mind.very helpful staff. I booked from Brisbane airport over the phone and it was so quick, within five minutes shuttle bus picked us up, drop off on time as well. No hidden charges.
  I'll definitely use this company again 👍
