  Fast and seamless collection from the airport via shuttle, car collection was fantastic as the staff had already completed all the checks on the car and taken all the photos before we arrived. Payment and collection of keys was great.
  Upon return, once again, the process was very efficient and we were back on the shuttle to the airport within 10 minutes of having returned the car.
  Will definitely use again on outlet next trip to the gold coast.

  Close to Airport, easy access for pick up /Drop off. Clean modern cars. Great pricing.
  Gold Coast Staff very helpful,friendly and professional.
  All paperwork simple,clear easy no fuss or time wasting on pick up or drop off. Would highly recommend. Thankyou for helping our family have a great holiday experience.

  There was a bit of a wait at collection from the airport but with a friendly and talkative driver the trip to the depot went quickly. Processing was reasonable and we were away with our vehicle in reasonable time. Upon return the process was smooth and there was only a small wait for the shuttle to return us to the airport.
  Only thing to note is that the collection/drop off point at the airport is at the very end of the airport buildings and this is a reasonable walk from the Virgin arrivals area.

  Highly recommend. Have used this company many times and will continue to use. Pick up from the airport is quick, all staff are welcoming and helpful. The last two times I have hired through East Coast I have had to make adjustments to my hire and both times were handled professionally and able to accommodate to the best of their ability. Thank you East Coast for taking the stress out of hiring a vehicle :)

  We had a great experience!
  After our flight in from Melbourne was delayed, I was in touch with East Coast Car Rentals and even though technically I landed after the last shuttle service to the rental service (a 10 minute drive away from the airport) I was still greeted and swiftly taken to collect my hire car.
  The admin process was also easy, the car was ready to go and I even managed to get a free upgrade without asking (they must've liked me for making them stay back late at work on a Sunday???)
  They even told me of a way to get a more comprehensive and fairer insurance deal (tip: don't by insurance from third parties, just do it direct with them, even on the day).
  
  On the day we flew out and were under a bit of time pressure the service was equally exceptional. Their systems enabled me to quickly sort out the handover and I was loaded onto the next shuttle (running every 20 minutes on average) to the airport. Paul the driver was great The lady who checked me in when I arrived was great too. Did your name start with a J? Jenny???
  What else?
  Clean cars, clean shuttle, every member of staff were friendly and delivered great service And the prices were great too.
  If you're sitting on the fence and wondering if these guys are legit or a bit of a dodgy cheap company you don't have to stress. They're great.
  Happy to provide such a detailed review as there is understandably just a bit more hesitation sometimes when it comes to finding a good rental car company you've never laid eyes on.
