My mum went to buy a dress and the assistant there made her feel so small by telling her that she couldn't afford the dresses there and that she was to big of a size to accomadate for.

The assistant that was working on Sunday 03/09/17, whilst myself and aunty were shopping, was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable when looking at the dresses. We mentioned that we had a price range we were looking for (between $300-$500) and the assistant gave us an attitude that came across as though they could not accommodate for us.

Staff member was helpful and informative. She gave my daughter a number of options to consider before we decided to place a dress on layby. It would have been nice if there was more than one staff member to offer a more tailored and personalized experience instead of feeling like we were rushing the poor girl off her feet!

The worst experience I have received down Sydney Rd. They sell disgusting dresses and have no personality nor experience that is required in this industry. I found they were rude and treated me as I were a second class citizen!! They sell rubbish in this shop!!!
