  Booked my 1st MTB in service here last week. All went pretty smoothly. Had a follow up call to say that some extra parts were required, as they needed to be replaced. Asked for some new pedals to be fitted at this time, which was no problem for them. Also fitted a child seat, and had my bike ready by 4pm (requested earlier than the standard 5 o'clock) so that I could make the childcare pick-up on time. Mechanic was also happy to give me some advise on which lubes best to use in the dry conditions Sydney is experiencing atm. Happy customer, will return. Thanks guys

  Came in to buy my first road bikes recently. The guys at Cycleworld were really helpful the whole way through, considering I had little prior knowledge of bike mechanics. Brett, who helped with the bike fitting, was quite patient and did a great job with fitting it to my height. Had a good experience overall! Thanks guys!!

  Had a brand new Fuji bike which came with a bottle cage mounting bolt that wouldn't come out. Other bike shop told me I'd have to put it through warranty but the mechanic at Cycleworld brought his own tool from home and fixed it the next day. Appreciate the great expertise and service provided.

  Bought my TT bike from these guys, The price was totally reasonable for the spec's, however the fit wasn't 100% correct. The head mechanic: Dave, better known as "Kiwi" provided me the right advice & adjusted the handlebar height to align with my existing TT bike. The final result & fit is nothing short of brilliant. Thanks Newton

  Great value for money. Excellent selection of bikes and well stocked with track bikes, junior racing specific bikes; bmx/road/track as well as non racing regular bikes.

  Called about getting a bike serviced to which I was met with an immediate 'sure bring it in'. But I wasn't asked to leave a name to book my bike in. When I arrived they obviously didn't have any record of my call and while a little frustrated they did everything they could to accommodate me at short notice. I really appreciate this as they could just have easily turned me away. Thanks for making the effort guys - I felt terrible for you but I really appreciate it as the service was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Thank you from us and Merry Christmas !!

  A few months ago I was looking for a new race bike. On a whim I walked into Cycleworld at Concord and started speaking to Brett. His service was excellent. Brett went out of his way to assist. He gave me a number of test rides on different bikes, explained differences in brands and gave me good information on correct bike sizing. I had been shopping around other bike shops but Brett simply made the best effort to help. He sold me a Fuji Transonic at very competitive price as well. Excellent sales and service!

  I called up about a chain issue on my own bike. They were helpful about pinpointing the issue and invited me into the shop. I appreciated their customer service.

  Bought a new road bike. Happy with the product. Customer service however is very poor, inattentive & so laid back it felt more like being in someone's living room than being a customer.
  First service was ok. But again poor service. Mechanic boasts how he cycles over 90k a day & so is better than anyone who cycles less than this distance.

  Our local bike store - so happy when they moved from Burwood to just around the corner - price for service items always very reasonable, really great staff - have always tried to match our budget/needs Yes, the first few times we did need to approach staff and ask questions, but now we know the staff it's second nature to us (and we appreciate that there are no high-pressure tactics). They price match, not that you usually have to ask too hard as their prices are usually very competitive off the bat Great LBS
