From the first phone call to Steve in the office to the text update from Joseph the technician re arrival time, I could not fault the communication from Crispair Air Conditioning.
Joseph is by far the most thorough technician we have had to service our Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner. He was thorough and diligent and instructed us on how keep the unit dust free during the period until our next service. Crispair is now the only air conditioning company that I will use in the future.

Have just commenced our quoting journey, but straight off the bat, Gabriel was extremely prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patient. We are looking to install later this year and the Crispair team and Gabriel's initial service will be hard to beat.

I can not recommend Crispair enough. I contacted them during the busiest time, and they were one of the few companies who responded promptly and went above and beyond to help. They offered interest free finance and went above and beyond during the installation. Their customer service was also phenomenal. I highly recommend and would not go anywhere else now. The BEST by far! I can not fault a single thing and they made the entire process so easy. I am so grateful for them.
