We have an interesting story regarding Cook N Dine Ultradine. Our original purchase was from the previous proprietor (not Peter Yeomans) and unfortunately, we were sold a product that developed a fault. In the meantime, Peter Yeomans had taken over the business and right from the beginning, Peter has been attentive to our needs and has gone out of his way to rectify the problem we had with out Teppanyaki plate. He was helpful, caring and professional, and was prompt with getting a technician out to our house. The replacement and installation of our plate was seamless and done in a timely fashion. We are extremely happy with our new MO-80 cooktop - it is the centrepiece of our outdoor kitchen, cooks beautifully and a joy to use. We would highly recommend Cook N Dine Ultradine (Gosford, NSW) and Peter Yeomans in particular. His customer service was oustanding despite the fact that he "adopted" us as clients. If this is the service he provides to clients who did not purchase from him directly, I can only imagine the customer experience for those that do! Thank you Peter, for your help. You have a unique and outstanding product and you have been a pleasure to deal with.
