Very friendly, excellent knowledge and product range. I don't need too many things but YSS always have what I need and offer advice, suggestions. They are more than willing to help the DIY guy. Highly recommend

Shocked at how this business operates, given the other reviews here.

I chose to go ahead with YSS as its website and quote were very clear. Response time has been good.

However, it was only AFTER I paid my deposit that they told me they have to remove my current shower screens at the initial measurement stage so that the technician could 'properly measure' for the new shower screens.
They told me that if I were to choose to have removal immediately before instalment, then I would void the 1 year warranty they provide. I.e. it would be at my fault that their technician was not skilled nor experienced enough to measure the space without removing my current shower screens. What a shock as this was not mentioned prior to me paying my deposit.

That is, I would not have ANY shower screens for a minimum of 2 weeks (from measurement to installation). With the COVID situation, who knows if this could be longer. One of the household members is a nurse so during this lockdown period clearly this is a grave concern. How would we maintain daily hygiene without causing water damage? Didn't seem that YSS cared. Also they only have one technician operating at the moment so I would imagine delays are more likely than not.

I raised this with YSS and they did not offer to honour the warranty nor give me a temporary fix during the time that I would be shower screen-less. Instead they gave me a refund of my deposit.

Looks like they don't even want business nor care for goodwill. Take your money elsewhere. I've now wasted a week liaising with them when I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a measurement by now. How disappointing.

Excellent products backed by customer service.
Had a shower screen professionally installed but a hinge failed soon after warranty past. They posted out a new one as a courtesy. These are the companies you want to support and back as they support you!
