Blames clients when their products fail or their reps don't pass on the information Poorly run with no warranty on products find another company like Ardex.. Morgan's etc.. But stay away from here if you expect some sort of company support when they fail at their job

Rep was made aware of existing issues with concrete and given mPA, density and engineer reports as well as a concrete sample in order to see if any Mapei products would be suitable prior to tiling. We trusted their advise and purchased their recommended products. When the recommended product failed on a significant portion of flooring the Rep is now very hard to get a response from to resolve. Head office is blaming our concrete - don't know why they said their products would be suitable then as they had all information from the start? Last heard from Rep over a month ago when we chased him up that they were discussing the issue but he hasn't let us know anything since then.
