  Watching through the crack of the door my poor ill cat getting slammed down on the table by 2 nurses to get a blood test. My cat is not vicious nor was she fighting to not get this done. My heart broke. When i was asked what was wrong I told the nurse my cat has been having what i thought were seizures and they were painful to watch and I was rudely told how could I say they were seizures if I dont know what a seizure is. Rude!! I was upset as it was.

  Amazing vets!! - Vets who care and have your pets best interest at heart. They do not overcharge and have saved me a lot of money over the years, whereas other vets have misdignosed or given me the most expensive options first.

  The vets take great care of you and your pets. Any concerns you may have are dealt with compassion and with ease of mind. But it is always heartbreaking when that day comes. Thank you to all the staff.

  The staff are SO HELPFUL all the time here. I have rung numerous times to ask for advice etc and the receptionist has always gone out of her way to give me detailed information. Would recommenced to anyone :)
