  I have been a loyal customer for approx. 15 years. I have found David S. a great listener and extremely patient and caring. I never have felt rushed and he goes to great lengths explaining my pets needs as clearly and simply as possible and always explores a range of options.

  The team here is very caring, from the reception staff to the vets themselves. Prices feel reasonable and the staff are conscious of balancing costs with treatment efficacy. Staff take the time to make a fuss of your pets - which may make appointments a little late - but this is well worth it for the extra care and attention.

  My family and I have been taking our pets (ferrets, dogs and cats) to Cheltenham vet for as long as I can remember. They are by far the best vet I've ever been to. Everyone is fantastic, and always genuinely interested about your pet and how they are getting on.
  
  My husband and I moved 45 minutes away from Cheltenham and were unable to find a vet that even came close to comparable, and have decided to just drive to Cheltenham any time our dog needs follow ups/non emergency related care. The entire staff is fantastic.

  By far the friendliest group, from the front desk to the vets themselves.. I cannot fault their service and care provided. I've been to about 5 different vet clinics and this is second to none. Highly recommended.

  We took our 6mth yr old Groodle to the Cheltenham Veterinary Clinic and were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the team, care of service and genuine friendly nature of everyone we met. Good pricing and well matched to being well looked after.

  We found the doctors and nurses to be genuinely interested in our fur baby and provided us with outstanding service and expertise. Very caring, kind staff that looked after our Cavoodle like he was their own. Dr David Stasiuk gave us lots of time and great information as a first time pet owner. Would highly recommend if you're after a homely, nurturing Vet that you can trust.
