This place needs a serious referb
At check in we were informed that our room had been accidentally given to someone else. We had booked interconnected rooms as we had kids the manager seemed to be drunk and was dressed in track pants and a wallabies footy jumper I'm sure he was trained by Basil Faulty of Faulty Towers fame
After half an hour of stuffing around we got given two keys to Side by side rooms that had a door connecting them but Basil could not manage to unlock it
Needless to say we won't be back and won't be recommending comfort in Faulty Towers Queanbeyan to anyone

Really amazing service! Stayed here over the weekend for the Spilt Milk music festival - everything went smoothly and was extremely helpful with booking transport/shuttle buses. Loved my stay thank you

I was here at camp for a day, may I say this was the most awful food I have ever tasted. The chicken was raw, potatoes were not cooked properly and for breakfast the bacon was covered in fat, the bread was as hard as a rock. The room beds were not even made, the bathroom looked disgusting, and we were told we couldn’t use a aircon because it costs money. Well guess what I payed money to stay here so I should damnwell have the right to turn on the aircon for whenever I feel the need to. I would not recommended anyone to stay here. I would rather camp outside.

Never going back. went there on a school camp and our food was not even cooked. On the first night they forced a girl to eat the food even though she was allergic and she had a reaction. Surprisingly enough the teachers had big suites each but us students had to share a tiny room with 5 people and 3 beds Our bathroom door was kicked in and off its hinges. So much more reason why i wont EVER go back or i will never recommend.

Rooms slightly dated but comfortable. Unique rainforest inside gives a nice atmosphere not seen elsewhere.

I came here on a school camp. My friends and I stayed in a room that was pretty big. The food there was delicious with great service. We had lots of fun and I would recommend this place to others.

Despite only having one microwave,
This didn't feel like an early grave,
Unfortunately there was asbestos,
But at least they take eftpos,
The mattress was like a rock,
And we almost left a sock,
The tv channels were great,
We'll be back here each year mate.

We used this hotel because of the free long term parking situated 10 mins from the airport. We arrived on 24 Feb and flew to Wellington NZ and returned on 8 Mar. There was a mess up with the return booking and the courtesy bus pickup but it all worked in the end. The hotel is a little worn but fine.

My husband and I stayed here within the last month. On check in i was greeted by a beautiful and very kind young lady whose name i cant remember. She had tanned skin, glasses and curly shoulder length hair. She was very helpful and right from the get go it was brilliant service. She kindly offered us our key, directed parking and gave us milk and a complimentary breakfast voucher before offering us assistance with our luggage. When my husband and I arrived at our room we were stunned by the quality in comparison to the very affordable price. It was a vintage looking hotel and we were very pleased. The next morning we had breakfast, set up by the same hard working young lady. I want to commend the motel on it's brilliant staff and hospitality.
would recommend!
