Rooms clean and well maintained. Dinner ok but expensive. Crowning glory is the fantastic reception staff. Extremely efficient and very helpfull. Just one note..please let them know that there is NOT a Bendigo Bank in Goulburn. 👍👍

Had a long extended stay here for 2+ months. Felt very comfotable here in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, modern and well designed. Kitchen was adequate. Shower had good pressure. The biggest positive was very friendly staff and house keeping, who were helpful and helped me feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay worst young lady ive ever met on the front desk you would of thought it was her hotel (holly) this place gives the property a bad name. This young lady needs a course of people skills and what people with disabilities need. From the night i booked on line at a cheaper price that she wasn't happy with to the time we arrived give your favour put her in the kitchen to do dishes.

Great place, clean and rooms pretty sound proof to outside noise. Beds good and slept well. Bonus was the pool, kids loved it. Handy location to shops etc

Clean comfortable quiet room. Friendly , helpful staff. Great rates, handy for Canberra. Delicious Complimentary Continental breakfast . One concern I feel the railing on top floor verandah too low. Otherwise highly recommended for a short stay.

The room was clean, but overall the apartment looked tired and old, and had a musty/stale air smell. One of the windows in one of the rooms did not shut fully so allowed noise and cold air to enter. The location was close to Aldi and Woolworths which was convenient. No problem with parking.

Nice large rooms. Comfy beds. Lounge and bathroom layout is a bit awkward. Late check-in was OK but poor service from night manager when we had a problem.

Unfortunately no toasters or microwaves are provided for those who wish to prepared their own meals Makes it hard if you're starting work before room service begins Bit sad for a 4 star motel

Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel is a funny retro '70's style building but is very well kept.
