Peaceful setting , nicely priced, great facilities for the kids. Amenities could do with some maintenance, broken tiles in one shower remained that way for the entire week we stayed .

    Worse than not good.

Well in our cabin there was:
    1. Broken internal door
    2. Broken heaters (which was in August so being cold which didn't help!)
    3. See thru curtains - GREAT for when you are trying to change.
    4. Dirty shower base.
    5. Uncomfortable soft cheap sponge couch in TV lounge area.
    6. NO electric blankets
    7. BLOOD on bed spread!!!!! BAD.
    8. Microwave in stupid spot facing in a stupid direction - it looked like an afterthought as there was really nowehere for it to go.
    9. Cobwebs in bathroom. Cleaners can't do their job properly.

The place isn't worth the time. There is no excuse for those things even in a cheaper cabin.
    SHAME ON THE OWNERS!
So if you are stopping by Canberra - do NOT stay in this place!!!

A good park, not too crowded during the Sept/Oct school holidays. Pool, jumping pillow and tennis courts for kids. Convenient to Canberra. Would stay again!!

Nice contained cabin. Awesome variety of activities for young kids. I liked the communal activity area, especially when the fire was lit in the evening, although the workers weren't very good at keeping the fire going.
It was also a good spot to get into town without having to manouvre around Capital Hill.

We went on a school camp with 50 students. Catering was excellent, especially those little extras for the teachers after very long days of supervision. Well done Jess. Very accommodating and flexible with time schedules. Rooms were excellent for students and comfortable for adults. Reverse cycling a must for our winter adventure and rooms were heated on arrival. I highly recommend this destination as the base to explore all Canberra has to offer educationally.

Staff were nice. Thats about it. The curtains were very dirty. The fridge hadn't been defrosted so freezer was full of built up ice. Fry pan was so worn I had to ask for another one. Toilet didnt work properly. No seating near cabins, no porch on cabins. No bar b q near cabins. Needs work done badly. Lounge was very old and uncomfortable so were dinning chairs.

If you are looking for a budget place to stay with in easy access to Canberra then this is OK. Our cabin was clean and functional. The staff were polite and efficient. We stayed outside of the school holidays so the park was quiet.
There are a number of cabins set aside for school groups and plenty of bus/coach parking.
Nice to see the facilities such as tennis and mini golf free.
This is not a resort style park so there is no games room or shop. However there is a large service station and hotel only 1km away.
Some shade cloth over the pool would be greatly appreciated in summer.
    Would stay here again.
