A nice cosy little cafe with a few tables getting the afternoon sun. Had lunch here. A good range of sandwiches, pastries and wraps to eat. Coffee wasn't that bad, maybe the barista has changed?

Long wait, bad coffee.. too watery and far too hot. Definitely need a decent barista on the coffee machine, especially when busy on a sunday morning. Won't be coming back

During my stay in Canberra I was visiting the Guru Coffee Shop quite a few times as I did not live far away from the Jamison Centre. The friendliness of staff is commendable and the quality of coffee is excellent.
However, on one of my last days in Canberra before my departure to Tasmania, I have once more visited the Guru Coffee Shop. During my coffee break I have rearranged my bag by putting some contents on the bench. Upon my return I have noticed in horror that my purse was missing that contains money, credit- and personal identification cards. I immediately took my car and raced to the Jamison Centre. I run to the Guru Coffee Shop fearing the worst. When I have entered the cosy little Coffee shop, I saw the waitress behind the counter smiling at me and before I could say anything, she was holding up my purse. It took a load of my mind and I never felt so relieved. I wanted to embrace and hug the waitress but a barrier prevented me from doing so.
I am deeply indebted to the sincerity and honesty of this wonderful lady. With my next visit I will definitely make good and to show my gratitude.
Thank you Guru Coffee Shop for your sincere and honest staff member.

The coffee isn't the best, and the service seems to take a long time considering the number of staff and machines, but the kids enjoy the babycino's.
