Can’t express how professional the team of Nissan Melton were with the purchase of my daughters new car. They made the experience so amazing for her. They went over above all expectations. Special shout out to Tayla, Ash and Lee. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend.

I've bought and serviced my car through Alan Mance and have been very happy. Polite, friendly, and helpful.
All dealings since, including service and accessories have been great too

I will not give anymore star to your service center as i paid $300 for the first service but after the service i found the engine air filter clip was broken also the glove box filter cap was left on the floor. The complementary car wash made a lot of scratch on the car . is it people paid $300 for their service ? What a joke!

Great customer service, great discount and great Pathfinder. Almost one year on and it’s been great so far. The transaction was simple and straightforward from the moment Lawson picked the call. Keep up the great service!

Absolute worst dealership ive ever come across. I brought a used 2005 vz ssz commodore. It had a service at 100k service. Got traded into them at 104k. Got told from russell Robertson it had been serviced at 104 when they got it in. Service sticker on the windscreen got updated too 114k for the next service. So me assuming this was correct i now get it serviced for its 114k service yesterday. $700 for a service as everything was so bad. Oils were meant too be red were mouldy and black. Others meant too be gold were green. Air filter was grey and rooted. Fuel filter was clogged up and has been for a long time. Few other things also. My mechanic was discusted that a dealer would let cars through like this. My air con compressor is stuffed a few weeks out of warranty after i checked it as it started warming up in spring and they just said bad luck etc. Would not recommend alan mance too anyone.

Fantastic.Just bought a Nissan X Trail and found Lawson & Russell extremely helpful, informed and more than happy to assist. We test drove the new series 2 model and were really impressed with the overall package. We would highly recommend going to this dealership first. Thanks so muchyou made the whole experience great.

It was a nightmare!! We bought a used car and they provided RWC noting that everything is alright signed by DAVID COPEMAN. We had to go to an independent mechanic to have the brake checked and true enough the brake will not pass RWC. We went back to Alan Mance and after two days they told us it was fixed but we still had concerns. My partner called the general manager, David Harrison as we want the car return as we cannot trust the company anymore but he was polite enough to offer us an option to have it check and done by an independent mechanic and he will cover the costs. The mechanic had to replace some parts. It took a month of stress because of people's negligence of their job!! They should not be authorized to release RWC. They are taking it to their advantage without doing their job. We had to go drive back and forth to get the car done, the time my partner and I had to drop and pick up each other from and to work as we had to use just 1 car (we work different shift)! And yeah, by the way David Copeman said he will reimburse the $88 for having the car checked, and until now we have not got it yet. I have all the paper proofs and if I have more time, I would like to write a complain to VicRoads and Consumer Affair as well.

This place is a disgrace! The sales team treated me with utter contempt and were very disrespectful toward me and my young family. If you want a trustworthy car dealer avoid this place like the plague!

The worst sales staff in Melbourne, avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off. I honestly thought the stereotype of the dodgy car salesman was a myth, Wow was i proven wrong.

I like the customer service there. I am one of three family members who take their Nissans to get work done on the car. It is someone disappointing to pay $500 for a service (140,000 kms on a Patrol), only to find out later that they don't check many components that would get checked by a local mechanic for cheaper. I had the belt tensioner fail, and subsequently, the fan belt come off while doing 100 km/h on the highway only two weeks after a service. It cost me nearly $600 (including $120 for a tow truck) and 6 hours of waiting to get it repaired by another Nissan dealer.

When I told them the car was serviced two weeks prior, they couldn't believe that those items were not checked. Sadly, I don't think I will be returning to them again, and will get the work done by a local mechanic.
