My first and only experience at the Sunshine store was fantastic! Michelle was very personable and showed great expertise when responding to my queries. Despite being the Christmas period, she was in high spirits and incredibly great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this store. Thanks heaps Michelle! Very happy with my purchases!!

I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Great service and competitive prices. It's a good feeling when you walk in the door and the sales team remember your name. The show room is huge and stocked with everything you can think of. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for computer needs!

The guy who is at the counter needs to explain all applicable costs and not just grab the devise in question so to avoid disgruntle customers leaving awful reviews as I did. Be more receptive to people at the counter. The gentleman who answered the call - this is no reflection on you - Justin. You did not service me at the counter.
Thank you for your quick response and assisting me on my concern

Came here to buy something which they advised me they had on the phone but when i got there they didn't have it. Great selection of products and good prices on things on special offer. Staff were nice and helpful. Would recommend them if you want to be able to browse products and talk to the staff, which I haven't been able to do at other computer stores.
Reduced rating as an item I purchased was faulty and I had to drive there once to give it back and then drive there again 2 weeks later to get the refund I should have been given straight away. The 3 round trips for a $90 item is a huge waste of my time.

Had a fault with a power supply I purchased two years ago. Ian in Sales not only replaced my unit but also was also happy for me to upgrade and order the stock in for me. Amazing service! Would recommend.

Such a horrific experience, I simply asked for a better price on a headset and got shut down immediately, in the most rude way possible. Customer service was poor, the particular individual was extremely rude and had no time to speak to me. Ive never been to any store In Melbourne and received such poor service. I’m in the HR industry myself and I struggle to understand how that retail assistant got hired in the first place. EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, I wanted to ask questions and seek guidance during my purchases. The sales assistant met my questions with snarky, derogatory comments. No one came over and offered to help, and only spoke to me reluctantly when I approached them. JUST stood behind the counter and did nothing. I’ll never go here again. Absolutely worth the drive to the Clayton store, the staff are extremely friendly and gave me such a great deal.

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are crooks. Take your Apple product elsewhere for repairs. Apple phone support actually sent me to this lot, however as an "Apple authorised repair centre", they're a joke. They refused to replace my broken iPhone camera under a genuine Apple recall notice and wanted $249 to replace it. Took it to Apple Highpoint the next day. Fixed for free under the recall notice. Even if it wasn't covered, Apple would have only charged $72 for the repair. Shop around for repairs if you don't want to get ripped.

My 3 month old MacBook Air stopped booting, after contacting Apple Store support, the Tech I spoke to was amazingly patient walked me through a couple of troubleshooting ideas. When all that failed he recommended that I send it in to be diagnosed by them. I had the AUSPOST box post out t them and returned the box in three days I was told a repaired unit was on its way back to me. Very impressive customer care. I was kept in the loop the entire time. I can't express how valued I felt as a customer with their response. A big thumbs up for sunshine apple store technician and all who I interacted with. Many Thanks!

Great products but appalling customer service. Last time I went there, there were only 3 customers, all of whom were waiting in line, yet there was only 1 guy serving at the counter while there were 2 or 3 staff members were doing f all, chatting amongst themselves - MAKE YOURSELVES USEFUL!

By the way, make your shipping faster. Why should I be waiting over a week for a memory card to ship when I live only 1km away from your store? Stupid.

Worst customer service and products ever. Brought an ASUS laptop and not even a year later the laptop died on me. Went in to get a refund (which I am entitled to one and I still have warranty ) and they are refusing. The laptop isn't even a year old. As a uni student this is very frustrating. it was over $1000, I expected it to last a little longer. The managers are rude and can't handle customers, dodgy company. Don't buy from here. If you want quality products and friendly staff buy from JB-Hi FI.

The Staff are very nice and knowledgeable, I had an issue with my product and went back to store, Kinda my fault but the manager Denis offer best of class customer service, exchanged it no problem asked. He even call me to help during installation after I back home. Good work Centrecom!

Wasn't sure if it was my laptop or the power source at fault so I took it in and explained that I needed to try a new power source on it. They had no hesitation to open a new 1 from its bag and try it. It WAS the problem. Therefore I am a happy camper now.

Really bad customer service. I had to wait around until I approached someone stacking shelves to assist me. Then when he did I had to interrogate him to give me the specs of the products i was looking for. The sales person had no interest in me buying anything from the store. Then he just walked away from.me and left me standing there in the middle of the store to take a call or something and didn't come back. I was about to spend at least $1000. Instead i will go somewhere elsewhere. What these businesses don't understand the prices are the same everywhere, what differentiate you from your competitors is your ability to provide great customer service. A lesson you will pay for and you just did.
