For "economy rooms" the customer service was wonderful, house keeping attended to us daily which was lovely and unexpected, food was delicious and stunning location. The rooms itself was quite nice and very well kept and cleaned. Will 100% come back with recommend.

Have never stayed here but dropped in for drinks and dinner. It's a great location with beautiful views. Cocktails are good as is the spa according to my wife and daughter.

There for a wedding. Lovely location, the bar looks out over the beach but is protected. Reasonably priced and an elegantly simple decor.

Upscale dining in a beautiful beachfront location. Food and drinks are very expensive and not always worth the price. Service is always perfect. Would not recommend the seafood linguini. Risottos are consistently good. Sticky date pudding was to die for. I heard rave reviews on the Wagyu steak. Two kids meals and two adult meals, deserts, no drinks cost $133. Not a great place for young kids but older kids can roam the beachfront gardens.

I am a regular guest at the Resort & always stay in their Beach front rooms. The staff are always pleasant with their full time staff having exceptional customer service skills. The refurbished rooms are lovely. The older ones (twin bed share) are far from enjoyable. Noisy aircon & fridge, dated bathrooms with unsafe shower & poor water pressure & temp control. Make sure you get a new room! The restaurant's menu could do with freshening up & more variety would be appreciated. A few minor mistakes here and there with food service. The location is outstanding though & makes it worth the stay.

Great beach frontage which is what makes this place. Rooms and amenities need an update and some TLC. Our air con kept us up all night and sounded like it was about to blow up and many other items in and around the resort are in need of repair. Food and drinks are good but pricey and service was excellent for all of our meals. Staff are great overall. Overall, not worth the money for the quality of what you get. We've stayed in many other more beautiful places for less.

The room on the bottom level open up to the pool but you are fenced in your room so you can not access the pool making the door obsolete. When asked to be moved away from children the hotel was happy to accommodate. Room was way overpriced for what it was.
