Lovely place to unwind and recover, they have a wide variety of pools and spas ranging from 34-38C mineral spas to sauna and steam rooms and also the 12.5C cold plunge. They also have packages for soak and sip and massages. A nice activity to go alone or as a couple, hell even groups would work.

Love the Soak experience, have been to the GC and west End venue, both exceptional. Make a really great and unique gifting experience! Wish the cold plunges were a little bit bigger and deeper but overall cannot fault it. There is a sauna included in the normal package so didn’t have to pay extra.

My only feedback would be to see if another cold plunge pool can be added as some people I’ve noticed like to stay longer and chat in there, they also try to fit more than 4 people inside. It wasn’t as busy as expected for a Saturday afternoon. Otherwise great experience and body feels great after :) would love to try a massage next time too

5 of us booked in post the GC Marathon, it was so worth it! Very surprised that even though it's located on the highway you couldn't hear the traffic at all. Best experience and felt so good afterwards. Definitely could have done longer but only because we needed time for a little nap. Didn't feel crowded at all either, they did well in managing the numbers.

Beautiful experience but 90 minutes was not long enough :( we also done the infrared sauna wow it was very revitalising definitely would recommend and we will be back :)
