I had my IPL session with Lana a month ago. There was a misunderstanding with the treatment required at first due to my miscommunication but Lana was very accomodating. She was very professional and will make the process as comfortable as possible. I’ll be back for more treatment soon!

I enjoyed a wonderful facial with Lana two weeks ago, including a patch test in advance of my feather brow eyebrow treatment today.
The team are welcoming and friendly, and Lana was brilliant in talking me through the feather brow treatment, what to expect and the proposed shape, when I arrived very nervous! Looking forward to the healing, and follow up second treatment in the coming weeks. Excited to see the final outcome after taking my time researching the right clinic, and happy to say I found it with Complete Skin and Beauty Mt Gravatt.

Had a slight issue with a microdermabrasion/facial treatment (it happens) and Avril the salon manager was quick to go above and beyond to offer free LED treatments and products to speed up the healing of the issue. I have continued to go back and now see Paige who is just so kind, informative and genuine and very clearly has a deep understanding of the skin and working through the issue at it's core for long lasting results that really address what is causing the issue in the first place. I feel completely comfortable with the team at this salon and will continue to go back for not only their services but the products they offer too.

I’ve been getting my waxing done here for the past 5 years and the team always do a good job. They always ask if I’m happy with the results before they finish up and provide good aftercare advice. I love how I can book online ahead of time and how they are very timely when it comes to starting. I recommend this salon to all my family and friends 🥰.

I went in today for my first ever professional wax. Legs and Brazilian. I walked in feeling incredibly awkward and anxious but the staff (Avril and Tristan) were very reassuring and supportive. Wonderful service. Polite and courteous. Well priced (actually cheaper than I had anticipated!) service.
I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone in need of a little pick-me-up and pamper - and in fact I have already booked in for my next wax.. and for eyelash extensions tomorrow! Looking forward to my next visit.
