5/5 every single time I’ve been. We came as a group for the evening booking last night, Easter Saturday and the lady who works the reception area makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. This is an absolutely perfect way to leave the niggles and stresses of life behind for 2hrs while you soak and sweat. I’ve been a couple of times now and it’s always great, clean and reasonably priced. Thank you!

A sweet little retreat with cute perks you can upgrade to. The staff member was lovely and kind. The facilities were clean and modern. It was a beautiful gift to receive! The only thing I’d say that holds me back from five stars is that there’s only one cool magnesium bath. Being QLD and pretty hot for most of the times they offer I’d say it can be a push to stay there for that long and would appreciate another cool place to offer. ☺️

Went with a friend yesterday, and was super impressed with the place. It's like a little oasis in the city, with a steam room, sauna, plunge pool, spa, seating areas, champagne And for a reasonable price! Two hours was the perfect amount of time to experience everything there.

Used this as a venue to host a staff Christmas day spa party and the team at Cenote Casa were awesome! We had to reschedule a couple of times for COVID-19 delays and they were always accommodating. When we finally got to take out team it was excellent and worth the wait!!!

awesome place. really relaxing and absolutely love how its only limited to an amount of people per session. highly recommend the deluxe packages for a more wholesome experience. the 2 hours actually go by really fast would have loved to stay for longer. next time I will probanly try a 5pm session!
