Came in with a flat tyre and was turned away because I had bought my own tyres. Told me to call a tow truck and figure it out on my own. In a time where we should be helping each other I found this experience to be of the lowest tier. Mechanic was condescending and unwelcoming.

I went there for my car's Tyre puncture repair without an appointment on a Saturday evening and they were happy to help and did a good work. Thanks.

Considering prices for puncture repair were the same as the big guys I thought I'd support a smaller business. The Carnegie site I spoke with yesterday told me to come in today and bloody google says they're open until 4 and they were closed. I called and the Ormond site answered and told me to go there. It really disappoints me to say that the service wasn't great. Poor communication from a signage point as to where reception is, particularly if you park in customer parking to the side of the building - the customer after me also came into the office and it then became very apparent we weren't supposed to enter that way. Communication and service overall was so dissatisfying from the staff that I felt so uncomfortable being there. The only positive was that I had to get a new tyre and the pricing was good value for money. Don't know if it was just a bad day for them but I wouldn't recommend them.
