I’m writing this on behalf of my friend as she is too afraid to even mention her name. Eric the owner was the rudest, most unhelpful, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
Due to covid my wedding was postponed until next year, all of the vendors I have dealt with have been understanding during this difficult time. Eric however was rude in all his correspondence with me and made this time more stressful rather than trying to assist me. I have never been spoken to by a professional in the way he spoke to me. The women that work there were amazing, however, the owner has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Do not recommend dealing with this horrible man.response / report this review -

Fantastic service, great attention to detail when it came to my dress design, thoroughly enjoyed the process of custom made. Pretty special to be able to have something made locally.

Absolutely amazing. I found my dream wedding dress there. Staff is not pushy yet very helpful. Every appointment went smoothly and there is never a wait. Can't wait for my wedding in February to finally show my dress off!
