Went in with a friend then I decided to buy a tablet, asked 2 workers to help me, Alexandra was busy but she said she would send someone, no-one came, asked another guy, he was busy but said he would help when he was finished. Waiting around some more, saw little miss Alexandra on the phone (obviously not caring that I wanted service) then saw the other guy walking down an aisle away from me Finally I asked the friendly lady that greeted us if she could help, she gladly fulfilled my request and sadly had to apologize for the other 2 "workers" that couldn't find time to sell a $200.00 tablet. Office works cairns, get your shot together! Don't just push off customers that genuinely want to purchase a product! It's bad customer & social skills, being friendly & helpful is in your job criteria and I'm sure your superiors would not like your attitude!! If I ever have to go there again, i Will be on the look out for the nice older ladies that are friendly & helpful!

I love the bad guys. I recommend going there than the office works if u are buying condoms. Acer computers smell like fried dogs in officeworks. Gotta love the bad guys store which is opposite to dfo full jacks. I also hate how they dont sell fridges in officeworks where as the bad guys do. If u want to take a look at cute dogs, go to the bad guys.

I am not a person who usually complains however the extremely poor service I received when trying to do some simple photocopying with there sophisticated copying machines promted me to give them this poor rating. To my delight though, I found a different copying center minutes away who not only got what I wanted done in a matter of minutes, they did it for a cheaper price. (I went to CAIRNS COPY, 116 Grafton St, Cairns City QLD 4870, Australia)

Almost as addictive as Bunnings! Wide, well lit aisles, plenty of product variety and great staff with plenty of product knowledge.

Reference to the cairns cbd store, I had a label needing to print for packages to be sent interstate. I was adviced there printing was very backed up and I couldn't get it done, however the store manager was super helpful and went out of her way to help me and print it from her office computer. I didn't know I needed to pre book such a minor printing job, and I understand things get busy, and with the extra service given from the manager I'm able to complete my interstate postage on time. I was let down by the service staff but the manager really stepped up showing that's why there in charge. 5 stars to management of this officeworks :)

Office works has pretty much all you need to make your Office, Work - hah, see what I did there? Anyway - yeh, good store - VERY friendly staff and usually has what you need in stock. Nothing more to say really.

Terrible Service on the phone. Waited for 5 mins on hold being transferred back and forward to the department i needed. I could hear the woman who put me on hold telling someone how pissed off she was by this. So unprofessional. Buying my products elsewhere. After what seemed a long waiting time i was told that no one was able to help me.

Great range, will hold products for you to pick up, will beat competitors advertised prices ( but honestly they are usually the lowest anyway) always someone on the door to greet you pleasantly and staff are very helpful. Wonderful and affordable printing services.

The sort of place you go in for a stapler and come out with a new laptop, and STILL feel like you've got a bargain. Helpful staff. Good selection of all things office related.
