Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Never too much trouble to grab a bike tech to answer curly questions when you decide to fit parts yourself. Always greeted with a smile at the spare parts desk & ordered parts arrive from down south very quickly. Great shop, good team.

I am doing "The Lap" of Australia on my Honda Crosstourer 1200X, starting from Canberra on 21 July. I have just returned to Cairns after making it to the tip of Cape York. My Honda needed a major service once back in Cairns so I booked it from Seisia before setting out on my return trip. The boys at Cairns Honda could not have been more helpful and responsive to my needs beyond just the specific requirements of the service. My bike has been prepped for the next leg to Darwin and beyond. Thank you Cairns Honda.

I would never deal with this company again, I feel I was given a false mechanical report on a MX bike I bought for my ASD 10 yo son, which was to be delivered to us in Brisbane, once the report had passed, and the money change over was made. When we received the bike, it had no brakes, clutch slipping, swing arm bearing needs replacing, Fork seals needs replacing, and bits and pieces missing from the exhaust and muffler.
These people can still sleep at night knowing I can't afford to pay for all these repairs, and there is a special needs child that rely's on this bike to help with his therapy and depression, he cried everyday for 2 weeks, until at least the brakes were fixed. Greed of a larger company V's a struggling family, TRUST NO ONE! LIARS!
