I went to Anthony and his team over a year ago wanting to lease my unit out and unfortunately due to COVID and working from home I did not move from the Wollongong region. Despite not moving yet, Anthony still came around to help me understand the process and developed my understanding of property management and how it worked. Anthony and his team remained in contact and waited patiently for me until I was ready to put my unit up for lease.
When I was ready they reached out on several occasions to ensure that I knew what was happening with the lease, created property evaluations to ensure that I am receiving a great price on rent and provided me with services (cleaning etc) to get my unit prepared. Within a week, A-List had found me very suitable tenants.
I am beyond happy with the service I am receiving and cannot thank A-List any more for their support and professionalism. Thank you!

Friendly, approachable and yes folks.. genuine. We felt that Anthony was above board with us every step of the way. When we hit a snag with the previous owners, when a problem was (literally) unearthed, Anthony and the team did not hesitate to negotiate on our behalf.
They handled the purchase of our new home, and the sale of our old. At the open inspection of our old place, Anthony and his assistant were calm and collected, which had a calming effect on us. Then they provided a post-inspection brief that was informative and offered a lot of perspective for us- the sellers. All in all they were very professional, but more over personable.
