  Exceptional customer service provided by Jess yesterday. Stepped us through the purchase of a lounge suite via videos & online discussions. Jess was thorough, honest & accommodating. Organised prompt delivery for the very next day with their 3rd party removal company. Pleasant delivery person who delivered to the front door. Will post again once we unpack & setup this suite.

  The place was pretty hard to find. It is in fact at the back of the listed address. But it is excellentonce you do find it. Staff is very accomondating, very competitive prices for a decent range of different quality and outfitted sofas and lounges. Delivery service was excellent. Tv units and coffee table selections were pretty limited, so I ended up buying them elsewhere.

  Great to deal with, honest and reliable. I bought the Jazmine lounge suite. Thrilled with the leather quality and all round finish. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality product at a competitive price.

  Bought a leather sofa from The Furniture People and its really good quality and had great service from the sales person. This is the cheap furniture store in Melbourne. Very happy with my purchase.
