Bad experience all round. Purchased a $790 lawn mower here and it was faulty. When I returned it I did not have the receipt and was told by a group of 4 staff members that they would not assist me because for L all they knew I had stolen the lawn mower.
At the café inside I ordered a coffee, I sat down and waited for it and was too wait at the counter for it because the worker their was " not my slave" ..

Love the outdoor garden centre. Sunbury have the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you need to know anything , hunt down Victoria. She is amazing. 😀

Wow. Just wow. Just watched the 2 hardware professionals have an argument about why screen doors are the size they are. I guess they have never installed and have any idea about doors or door jams. I did get a good laugh out of it.
